It has been awhile since I last posted a blog here at Gaia; this is because there has been problems I have faced since the beginning of this month un til now. As my last blog suggests about spending time with my girl during New Years, that never happened; she was placed on "babysitting" duties ,along with her mother, taking care of her little nieces and nephews while their children's parents were celebrating New Years with other friends. As for me, my family and I went to my cousin's house to celebrate the new year by watching some movies, eating pizza, and watching nearby fireworks (I know, not enjoyable, but it was great spending time with family though).

During toward the middle of January, things became rocky with my girl. We weren't on the same page; it seems we were more like friends than a couple. The majority of our conversations together were always by phone, and we only see each other in a few occasions. I understand our day schedules were quite busy; my schedule starts from classes to tutoring and, finally, to workstudy. Hers involves with classes, workstudy after, and going back to her dorm room. She always keep herself in her room time to time; she never want to spend with me about anything about own relationship, only if she want a ride to the nearby store, help with her homework, or want some money. I cannott take it for another week for this to happen again and again and again. So, three days ago, I officially end the relationship by text message, not by speaking to her by phone. I believe this will help to breathe in more and make me realize to fully understand a person before going on to the next step.

New Years is coming in two more days!!! I am excited because this will be the first time I will ACTUALLY have some great fun. This is because I will enjoy New Years with my girl Zerquita. She's my very first girlfriend I had in my life, and I'm planned out the locations to take her before the big celebration. The beginning of this brand new year will go out on a BANG!!!!! Fireworks, music, laughter, food: all mixed together to create a great holiday into a new year. 2009 - here we COME!!!!!!!!!!
